It is scientifically proved that drinking lots of water during a day can make you more vigorous and active. It boosts metabolism and brain.

  • Be your ideal weight. To look beautiful and stay healthy you should weigh as much as your ideal weight is. You cannot look attractive or be healthy if you’re over or underweight. So keep a close watch on your weight and see the wonders. A perfect body shape makes you look beautiful, fit and healthy. Never skip meals or starve to lose weight as it can have adverse effects on your body.
