You are what you eat. So you need to pick healthy food and avoid junk so your body can perform at its best. Try to avoid fast food and eat more fruit and vegetables instead. Practice good hygiene
Don’t neglect basic hygiene practices like brushing your teeth, washing your hands, taking a shower, etc. This will help rid your body of germs that can cause illness and disease. Avoiding disease and boosting your immune system is an excellent way to minimize the signs of aging. Make sure you get enough rest especially when you’re sick. Make a habit of flossing at least once a day to keep your gums and teeth healthy.
